This referral is for persistent disruptive behaviour that places the child at risk of permanent exclusion. The pupil will be expected to return to the referring school and the placement will be reviewed every six weeks.

The pupil, parents/carers, School and CSS will decide on the suitable success criteria and once these have been met the pupil will return to school. A level 2 referral may not be appropriate for a year 11 pupil.

Secondary Schools - £1850 and 1/3 AWPU per term

Primary Schools - 1/3 AWPU per term only
